Registration – Bookers
Here are the steps to follow to register on our platform.
Register on platform.pedallo.com
Enter your name, first name, email, phone number, and choose a password.
Then, select your city!
When you log in to your account, you will be asked to choose your city and your preferred mode of transportation for the day.
In the « Personal Information » section of your menu, upload your ID and credit card. You can receive payments by credit card or through Stripe (you need to register on Stripe using the link if necessary).
To receive real-time missions, download the TELEGRAM app.
Then, add the PedalloMissions Telegram channel.
Book the mission you want and start your delivery!
Don’t forget to change the status of the mission as « delivered » once it’s done.

Registration – Posters
Here are the steps to follow to register on our platform.
Register on platform.pedallo.com
Enter your name, first name, email, phone number, and choose a password.
Then, select your city!
In the « Personal Information » section in your menu, upload your ID (or the excerpt from the commercial register) along with your credit card.
Upon approval of your profile (within a maximum of 24 hours), you will receive a validation email, and from then on, you can post your first mission (you will need to upload an identity document or an excerpt from the company register).
Pickup by a Ped’allo rider will take place within 20-40 minutes.
You will be notified by email upon the delivery of your shipment.
If you wish to automate your delivery requests, feel free to ask for your personalized QR codes or your custom button!
